Important Notes

Students can conduct GEOE 300 if they pass GEOE 209 & GEOE 213

Students can Conduct GEOE 400 if they pass GEOE 300

Dear All,

The steps that you have to do for the internship are as follows. Please take

care to comply with the deadlines and follow all the steps.

1. Delivering the hard copy of your transcripts for prerequisite courses.

2. Compulsory internship certificate (GEOE300 (Sigorta) / GEOE400 (Sigorta))

3. Declaration form (Beyanname (Alıyorum) / Beyanname (Almıyorum))

Upon completing the documents and completing the requirements in these

steps, you need to get a signature from us.

4. After your internship location and dates are determined, you need to request

an "acceptance letter" from the company and you need to fill in the excel

file ("Summer Practice Information Table")  on the department page and send it to

us via e-mail or submitting a hard copy at least one week before the starting date.

Those who will do volunteer internships need to bring documents other than the Insurance declaration form.
